A hidden gem in Jasper TX... we were passing through and decided to stop.. We were not disappointed! Definitely recommend the fajita burritos!
Another waste of money trip. Last night was our 2nd time there and again the food came out wrong! I even ordered in Spanish and she still got it wrong! The torta bread was stale and falling apart, ice cold and wrong. The chicken breast dinner also came out wrong! The waitress never came back to the table to check until it was time to give the check! Save your money and don't go! Edit to add this building is in serious need for repair! The walls have a wave in them as if it has suffered major water damage! I guess enforcement doesn't do their job or it's all in whom you know in this town!
El Flamingo earned 5 plus stars on 3/2/2026, and with an atmosphere that feels like true Old Mexico, the food and customer care is not anything ordinary. This place felt like my casa!
